Hamilton County Website

The Hamilton County website is an excellent source of information for items such as original septic tank permits (drawings), tax assessments, etc.

Highway 58 Volunteer Fire Department.

Eagle Bluff is served by the Highway 58 Volunteer Fire Department.

Residents are encouraged to subscribe - the annual $125 fee helps fund the department’s operating

expenses and will prevent separate homeowner billing if fire department services are required.

Tax Records

http://assessor.hamiltontn.gov/search.aspx  This webpage on the Hamilton County Website has tax information available.  It provides information about lot numbers, etc.  If you have have moved, it is good to check to see if your records are up to date.  We use this information for the Directory.

Access All Permits Including Septic Permits

 https://buildinginspection.hamiltontn.gov/Site_Document_Search.aspx?return=/Documents.aspx

The Septic Permit webpage on the Hamilton County Website has most of Eagle Bluff septic tank records online.  You can find where your tank and field lines are located.  You can also see how many bedrooms your system is approved for.  This is especially important for the townhouses because most, if not all, are only permitted for 2 bedrooms even though they may have 3-4 bedrooms and 3 baths.  When Real Estate Agents list a house or townhouse, TN Law requires they list the home based on the permit.
