Ownership of the Golf Course
The owner of the golf course plans to keep the 18-hole golf course the same 18 holes. He is not interested in splitting up the acreage although several have asked to buy pieces of it. Renovations plans will continue. The owner and the HOA President will stay in touch and updates will be posted here.
While renovations are continuing, those who have been mowing may continue to do so at their own risk at no fault to the owner or the HOA Board.
Walking on or Using the Golf Course
Since the HOA does not own the golf course, it cannot grant permission to go on it. With that being said, should residents or their guests enter the course, they do so at their own risk and neither the HOA nor the Owner of the course will not be liable in any way. Hamilton County has a leash law, and anyone who walks their pets on the golf course should obey it remembering that you are responsible for your pet’s actions. Anyone who uses the golf course for driving or putting practice should be certain their balls do not go into private lawns. There should be no motor vehicles on the course. Residents are advised to note the licensed plate and call 911 to report anyone attempting to drive on the course in an automobile, 4-wheeler, minibike, etc. Again, the HOA does not recommend and is not responsible for anyone entering the golf course property.
